Hello,

Tommy is the co-founder and Chief Product Experience Officer of UK challenger broadband provider Cuckoo. He launched Cuckoo in 2020 to change the internet for good, with a commitment to bring customers the fastest broadband speeds at fair prices and backed up by unrivalled service. He currently leads the Product, Engineering, UX Design and Creative teams.

Before Cuckoo, he was the Global Design Director and Senior Experience Design Manager of Global CX Transformation at Nissan, where he led the UX, UI & creative direction of all digital channels and customer journeys in over 200 markets.

His expertise lays at the intersection of brand, product, and user experience and has designed award-winning products and services for some of the world's most renowned brands, such as Sky, The National Trust, Jaguar Land Rover, Nike, Formula 1, and J.K. Rowling's Wizarding World.

He served for a number of years in the UK's Reserve Airborne Forces before being injured in a training accident, where he describes "losing a fight with the floor after jumping out of a plane". In an unpexpected turn of events, this period of his life also saw him leading brand identity projects for the highest levels of government.
